2004-05: Took first place in the long jump at the Notre Dame Opener with a mark of 5.87m, while also taking 12th in the 200m dash ... at the Notre Dame Invite finished the long jump in third (5.74m)... ran the 60m dash at the UW-Milwaukee Triangular with a mark of 7.58 ... jumped 19-09.75 at the Horizon League Indoor Championships in the long jump for 11th place ... during the outdoor season recorded a mark of 19-03.50 in the long jump at the Central Collegiate Championships before placing fifth at the Indy Relays... named to the Horizon League Winter All-Academic Team.

2003-04: Had a new personal best in the indoor 400m with a time of 56.33 at the Maroon Invite ... eighth-place finish at the UW-Milwaukee triangular in the 200m with a time of 25.32 ... competed in the 200m dash at the Big Ten Preview.

2002-03: During the indoor season, competed in the 55m dash with a time of 7.03 ... also competed in the 200m dash (23.92)...during the outdoor season, ran an 11.89 100m dash in addition to a 24.04 in the 200m dash ... member of the regional 4x400 relay qualifier and also part of the 4x400 relay team to compete at the Horizon League Championships.

High School: Named the Most Improved Field Athlete by is coaches at Jesuit High in 1999,2000 and 2002 ... competed in the 100m,200m and long jump for Tom Rothenberger ... named a Presidential Scholar and Gatorade Scholar Athlete.
