2004-05: Crowned the champion in the one-mile run and took third in the 1,000m run at the Horizon League Indoor Championships ... was named to the Horizon League Winter All-Academic Team ... was a part of the 4xmile Championship of America team that had a mark of 16:49.22, putting them second all-time in LU history at the Penn Relays ... ranks seventh all-time in the Loyola record books in the 3,000m steeplechase, clocking in at 9:08.48 at the Mt.SAC Relays ... in the 1,500m, clocked in at 3:49.36 at the Long Beach State Invitational, landing seventh again in the record books ...placed ninth on the all-time list in the 3,000m steeplechase with a mark of 9:15.11 ...set an NCAA regional-qualifying time in the 1,500m run at the Len Paddock Invitational with a mark of 3:47.69 ...at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships was named Outstanding Track Performer of the meet after taking the crown in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:10.39) and second place in the 1,500m run (3:50.58).

2003-04: Competed in the Roy Griak Invitational (26:08)... at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational finished in 14th place ... ran a time of 25:24 at the Pre-NCAA meet ... competed in the Cross Country Horizon League Championships, placing 13th (26:11.27)... named to the All-League Second Team ...finished with a time of 32:08 at the NCAA Regional Meet ... during the indoor season ran the one mile in 4:12.00 for a personal-and team-best time of the season ... placed second in the 1,500m (4:17.10) at the indoor championships ... grabbed an eighth-place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase at the outdoor championships.

2002-03: Earned All-Horizon League second team honors in cross country thanks to his 10th place finish at the league championships with a time of 25:17 ... finished 61st at the NCAA Region V Championships with a 10k time of 31:34 ... redshirted during the indoor track season due to injury and came back to run the team's best 1,500m time of the year (3:53.05) at the Mt.SAC Relays ... scored 16 points at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships with a second-place finish in the 1,500m and 5,000m runs.

2001-02: Established himself in is freshman year as one of the top middle distance runners on the team in the league ... ran the team 's fastest indoor times of the season in the 800m (1:55.70) and mile (4:12.84)... placed fifth in the mile at the Horizon League Indoor Championships ... followed a great indoor season with outdoor season ... recorded the sixth-fastest time on the team in the 1,500m ... placed 12th at the outdoor championships in the 800m.

High School: Placed third at the National Championships in the 1,500m ... claimed the regional championship in the 1,500m, and conference crowns for winning the 800m and 1,500m ... member of club team that won the national team title for five consecutive years ... also a conference champion in golf.
